Pulling CAT6 ethernet wire through my crawl space

Pulling CAT6 ethernet wire through my crawl space I'm back in the basement pulling CAT6 ethernet wire through a crawl space. To connect the recently completed 3rd floor rooms to the house’s wired ethernet, I’m pulling CAT6 along an old security system’s communication wire. The old wire has become hung on a staple, where I must go to free it up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPGjVEK7kT8
